Terms of Service

Commission Status: Open

By requesting a commission from me, you are agreeing to the following terms of service:

Full ToS incoming1.0 Payment
1.1 - 50% payment required up front via paypal
1.2 - Payment in full will be required after final approval of the sketch.

1.3 No refunds, unless I am unable to complete your commission.
1.4 No cryptocurrencies will be accepted.

Temporary ToS:Up to 3 minor revisions during sketch phase
Estimated turn-around from time of payment is up to 3 weeks, if delays occur I will be in communication with you asapAs an artist, I retain full rights and ownership of the commissioned artworkFor Personal Use Only

What are Personal & Commercial use commissions?Personal use means the artwork won't generate any kind of profit. Using it as wallpaper/avatar in non-profit sites (Instagram, Twitter, Discord, etc), printing for yourself (not for selling) is personal use.
Commercial use is any use that could generate income, or that solicits customers, or that directly or indirectly has to do with financial gains, such as using the artwork for your brand (marketing materials, business purposes, etc) or social media platforms that are able to gain profit (Twitch/Youtube/etc).

Character Sketch - $20

Watercolor, ink, and pencil portrait pricing includes $5 shipping, if shipping to you is more expensive than this, you will have to pay the difference before I will send you the finished piece.Please note: Listed prices are a starting rate, prices may increase with more complex designs etc.- Backgrounds available by request, pricing varies
